Ultra-high-speed double-sided laminating machine uses LDPE, LLDPE, PP, EVA, EAA and other coating-grade laminating resins as raw materials. It is mainly designed for the synchronous laminating of double sides of paper, and the actual production line speed reaches 260M/Min. In addition, non-woven fabrics, woven bags and other products can also be applied.
The whole machine is controlled by PLC and weighs more than 50 tons to ensure that the stability of the equipment is maintained at a high speed of 260m/min.

Automatic adaptation of laminating thickness
A new program has been added to the PLC system to enable the host and traction mechanism to be linked. During the running-in period, the equipment will automatically record the numerical ratio of the screw speed and the traction speed of the raw materials used. After the running-in period, it can automatically calculate the coating thickness suitable for different equipment speeds and switch to automatic mode. In automatic mode, no matter how the equipment speed rises or falls during winding and unwinding, the coating thickness will always remain the same.
Double-sided coating
If one-sided coating is returned and then coated on the other side, it will inevitably cause tension changes and cause paper waste (paper is not recyclable and must be strictly controlled during the production process). This equipment can achieve double-sided coating at one time, avoiding loss while improving production efficiency.
Automatic shaft pulling
The minimum inner diameter of the air shaft of high-speed coating is 6 inches, which is almost impossible for workers to lift, so we designed a fully automatic shaft pulling device to reduce the labor intensity of workers.
Automatic paper splicing
The production speed of the equipment is too fast, and a whole roll of paper can be used up in almost 8 minutes. The automatic paper splicing device and the shaftless unloading mechanism need to be highly coordinated to quickly replace the paper roll.
Automatic tension control
The PLC system achieves constant control of tension through a closed-loop control mode.
Automatic deviation correction
After the main unwinding, it must pass through an automatic deviation correction device to ensure neat rewinding. The selection of deviation correction devices, such as photoelectric deviation correction, infrared deviation correction, etc., needs to be determined according to the different substrates.
